- Rent collection handled by our bookkeepers using state-of-the-art software. Legally sound documentation is maintained regarding pay or quits, unlawful detainers and judgments. When required, all legal filing and representation is by our retained attorney.

- Maintenance services and supervision: Our in-house professional maintenance staff provides fast and efficient service work without the mark-ups associated with third-party contractor solutions.
- Bookkeeping: Payment of all bills associated with the property.

Our full service management fees range between 7-11% of the gross monthly income collected. The actual monthly management fee is based on variables of services needed. Leasing fees are calculated separately from the monthly management fee.
